*Smiles when he takes a seat. Lifts her her cup of tea and sips gingerly* Mm.. Yes, you are, sir. Quite so. It is very impressive. You do your job well on both food and people skills it seems. *places her cup down and picks up the chopsticks* Oh? Travel? How wonderful. Castanet is as far as I’ve gone from my hometown. But that is good for you. It allows you to gain experience. And experience helps one grow. *smiles warmly, eyes softening* Ah but you say mutt like it is a bad thing. Mutts always have the best from breeds that they come from, sir. *giggles lightly* I hope, for my sake, that I do not see you bite or bark at me. *takes another bite of food, chews slowly, savoring the flavor, swallows and smiles* May I ask the name of the chef who produced such a lovely meal?
[Grins rather smugly at her compliment, proudly adjusting himself to sit up a little further on his seat before slouching against the back once more with a polite nod.] Well thank you.♥ Really, though, you haven’t traveled at all? I love traveling, I recommend it to most people - you can really get a lot from the experience, definitely. Heh, I like to think my own growth was a positive one in that aspect. [Smiles politely, drawing his eyebrows together slightly as he contemplates how to reply to her response.] I’ve yet to see that I’ve got the best of the breeds, but I never thought of it that way. Even the mutts get some of the bad traits, sometimes, heh. [Brushes his hair back with a small start, eyes widening a little with the surprise.] Oh— I’m Chase, I’m— sorry, I hadn’t realized I forgot to say that. And here you call me polite, hah—
